🏁 “Winning”
Interview Series
People always ask me what it feels like to win. And honestly? It’s hard to describe — but I’ll try.
It’s not just about the medal or the trophy. It’s about everything that builds up to it: the hours on the sim rig, the early mornings at TeamSport Cambuslang, the nerves on the grid in Three Sisters Track.
When I cross the line first, it’s like everything around me disappears. For a second, it's just quiet and then my heart goes crazy. I hear my mum scream before I even slow down.
"The best part? It’s not the win — it’s knowing I’ve made the people around me proud. My family, my team, the friends who cheered me on. "
