All our physical products are made-to-order through **Printful**, a trusted global fulfilment partner.

Shipping
- Production time is typically up to 5 business days
- Delivery is handled by Printful and usually takes another up 15 business days depending on location

Refunds (Physical Products)
We only accept refunds or replacements for items that:

• Are damaged or misprinted

• Were never delivered

To request a return, please send a photo and order number to bobbydoremotorsport@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

#### Digital Downloads
We do not offer refunds for digital products unless:

•  The file is corrupted or never delivered

•  You let us know within 7 days of purchase
