By joining as an Affiliate Partner, you’re helping Theo chase his racing dreams while we help get your brand out to thousands of motorsport fans across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and our website.

The annual Affiliate Partner Fee can even be redeemed towards a sponsorship badge later in the year — so you’re never locked in, just levelling up.

💥 What We Ask From You

We keep it simple. When you become an Affiliate Partner, here what we need you to do to make this a success:

• 🤝 10 shared posts or stories per year featuring Theo B Racing (that’s just one a month — easy!).

• 📅 At least one collab post per quarter — can be a joint photo, tag, giveaway, or shout-out.

• 🔗 Add Theo B Racing’s link, logo, or mention on your website or socials (“Official Affiliate Partner”).

• 📸 Let us repost your content that includes Theo — we’ll always tag you.

• 📸 Share any corporate posts you would like Theo to issue as long as its in keeping with Theo B Racing ethos and is age appropriate

Basically, bring the vibes, tag us, and help the world see what we’re doing together.

We don’t just stick your logo in a dusty corner. You’ll get:

• 🌟 A featured spot on the Theo B Racing website affiliate page with your logo + backlink.

• 📣 Regular social media shout-outs and tags in community posts.

• 🎬 One dedicated partner highlight post per quarter with your story or product.

• 🎟 Mentions alongside other partners

• 🧢 The fee credited to upgrade anytime to a full sponsor badge.

• 🎟 Optional, If you share your products with Theo he will review and share this review with his followers

• 🏎 Real motorsport credibility by being part of Theo’s official support network.

You’ll automatically have permission to say:

“Official Affiliate Partner of Theo B Racing” on your own channels — because you are!

📜 Mini Terms & Conditions

(The not-so-fun but super-important bit)

• Affiliate Fee per year, non-refundable but fully redeemable against a future sponsorship badge within 12 months.

• Partnership Duration: Runs for 12 months from payment date unless upgraded or renewed.

• Promotion Commitment: Affiliate agrees to a minimum of 10 shared or tagged social-media actions per year, including at least one per quarter.

• Brand Usage: Theo B Racing may display the Affiliate’s logo and brand materials for promotional purposes during the partnership period.

• Discount Codes / Offers: If provided, the affiliate grants Theo B Racing permission to share and promote these codes publicly.

• Content Rights: Both parties may repost or share each other’s public content with credit.

• Upgrade Option: Affiliates may upgrade to a sponsorship badge tier at any time; the  fee will be deducted from the badge cost.

• Termination: Either party may end the partnership in writing with 14 days’ notice.

• Good-Faith Clause: This is a collaboration built on mutual respect — no drama, no hard sell, just shared visibility and good vibes.

Together, we’ll keep Theo’s dream rolling — one lap, one partnership, one shout-out at a time.
